I use electrophysiology to understand mechanisms underlying abnormal sleep physiology in neurodevelopmental disorders, specifically 15q11.2-13.1 duplication syndrome (Dup15q syndrome), and investigate how these abnormal brain oscillations may contribute to developmental and cognitive impairments in the disorder.
